I felt I was ripped off for the simple service to my garage disposal! I paid $350 for just a clog in my disposal to be cleared in 2 minutes and that was the 75% discount! Nope I won’t be using you all again!

I needed my PRV value replaced. They came and did that. However they made it so my outside water spigot was blocked and not functioning (do to the shark bite). They also charged me extra saying that it was in a hard to reach place and it isn’t. The water heater is in my garage and easily accessible.

Performed HVAC system maintenance and repair. Replaced evaporator coil. Although the job was eventually done, it was a bad experience. They replaced my neighbors coil without checking what address was written on the unit and then, after me having to tell the unhappy neighbor about the mess-up, they replaced the correct unit.Update July 2023:The replaced coil has developed a leak again. Less than three years since it was replaced.

These guys are amazing. They worked with me as far as what time would be best for them to come. They were extremely professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
