Estes is the best!!! I was in dire need of 2 HVAC units doe my home and Estes was able to send a sales rep, Jacob, the same morning that I called. Jacob effectively assessed my needs and thoroughly educated me on the products and pricing. The next day technicians arrived for the install. Jared, Byron, Carlos, and Brandon were prompt, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and respectful of my home. I will continue to use Estes for my home needs and will not hesitate to refer family and friends.

I really thought this was a good company. They came out and diagnosed a problem I had with my sewer around April of this year. The 24 hour availability is I was most impressed with, however my disabled neighbor had a plumbing issue so I recommended Sharpe's. They NEVER showed up. They gave him a 7pm appointment 5 hours after 7 we could NOT reach anyone by phone. To this day they NEVER called to explain what happened. Reliable is not their business practice.

Very disappointed that the plumbers did not wear face masks even after we requested they do so. They also brought a school-age child who moved throughout the house (also without a mask) and touched furniture, belongings, and artwork. We had to completely air out and disinfect the house afterwards (July 2020)

RS Andrews added addition insulation to my attic to bring it to past current codes. Terry and his crew did an excellent job. Arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and approximately how long it would take. Put drops cloths on the floor and protected wall corners. They did a great job cleaning up when they are finished. I checked my attic it looked looks great!

Installer was smoking in my crawlspace while installing gas furnace and appeared under the influence. I don't believe their technicians are drug tested or background checked. This is a scam operation. Steve Malone is a smooth talker and seems easy to trust until you realize how much you overpaid for poor work. Do not hire. Absolutely do NOT hire.
