I used plumbing king company for a service at my mother’s home. Nato was the gentleman that came to fix my paren’s back yard faucet that was leaking. Not only was Nato professional at his work but he was also very quick,polite, and patient with my elder parents who don’t speak English very well, and I was the translator on the phone between both parties🙂I would recommend this company for any one. Please make sure to ask for Nato. I had lots of plumbing issues in the past this company by far is the best! I also want to thank Steven who is the person that answered my first phone call and was very friendly and also accurate about the time he sent me our great tech Nato. Everyone made this experience pleasant, from the receptionist to the gentleman who installed my water heater. Another company had quoted an exorbitant price. (4 times what Adaven charged). My water heater was under warranty. Adaven quoted a price to replace the water heater with a new one and one it was complete I paid the price quoted with no added expenses. I highly recommend Adaven Plumbing!!

During routine maintenance, I requested that the heating/cooling pump for my casita also be checked. (The unit was not installed by Elite.) A freon leak was detected and repaired. I was told that the unit probably wouldn’t last much longer and was quoted a replacement price - the exact total cost of my furnace/air conditioning units for my entire house! Of course, I was offered a reduction in cost if I purchased within the next three weeks. Seriously?

Keith was great! He explained what he was doing step by step and answered my numerous questions. Wonderful experience. Will definitely use them again...hopefully not for a long time.

In mid May 2021 I had Catania install a Pelican Filter and Water Softener system in our home in Henderson. Helen recommended the Pelican system to me and Jerry did a beautiful installation. We are very pleased with the performance of the entire system. We no longer have the hard water stains on silverware or glasses in the dishwasher. The water tastes much better than prior to the installation. Thank you Helen and Jerry.

It took three tries to get my toilet installed, but they did it. Jennifer, the manager, was very professional. Admittedly, Danny, the installer, installed my toilet crooked. After it was installed, there was not much I could do about it. I would use them again. I would just make sure the toilet wasn’t installed crooked.
