Mr Ross came the day I called. He was extremely courteous and professional. He fixed the water connection from the sink to the new refrigerator. The cost was reasonable. I would call again in case I need a plumber!

HORRIBLE!! Showed up to install a PRV. He walked around my home 3 times, didn't trip over the main water line (couldn't find it), stated he didn't have the tools to do the job, and gave me bill for $50. I'm thinking, he's a plumber that can't find the water line to my home. When I told him $50 seemed a little much for nothing, he argued with me for 20 minutes saying the $50 is for the service call, and was doing me a favor by dropping the price from the usual $110. I'm still confused to what service he gave me. Paid him $50 to leave. What an unprofessional hack. If your job isn't easy money, don't call Jack, he'll charge you even if he can't do the plumbing work.

Sam quickly figured out the issues we were having a remedied the problem immediately. We will definitely be using the services of Sin City Plumbing and Sam in the future!

Nothing like getting a call from your wife at 3:00 PM on Friday of Labor Day Weekend that the garage is flooded because of the water heater. I went to Yelp and tried a few companies but it was quickly becoming apparent we were not going to have hot water this weekend and likely staying in a local hotel. Then I tried 702 and 10 minutes later I had a confirmed appointment within the hour. I received a text asking about the specs of the water heater and less than an hour later the tech Kylan was there getting to work. By 7:00 PM the water heater was installed! Professional, prompt, affordable - I can't say enough about how quickly they jumped into action to save our weekend. It felt great to support this small business and would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

managed to catch their tech gasing up the van and was able to sneak in a last minute appointment to fix our water heater that was acting up, n after switching out the corroded anode rod for a new one, our water heater worked like a charm again -LUCKY
