We had them out for what could have been a very expensive problem. But they fixed the problem without any major trauma. Mike was honest and Professional we were very happy to find these guys. We will be using them again.

Both Sam and Randall were amazing. They arrived on time and went right to work. Were so professional. As they were working they found another problem. They advised me right away. They took care of the additional problem quickly. During the entire process they kept me informed. When finished cleaned up the area they worked in. These guys were great! Had an urgent need to fix and replace my water heater around 8-9pm. Called owner up and he was able to meet me at the house in 20min, quoted me, and next day it was fixed! Super fast service, definitely will be recommending him to people I know. Thank you Dan!

Worked with Tony on a line backup to my house. I was most impressed with his professionalism and patience. I 100% recommend his work.

The owner MR. Robert insisted to charge for a service that was not complete, unexperienced worker showed up, and didn't even diagnosed the problem, just jumped into conclusions , bottom line the whole company was more interested to make more money than providing satisfactory service, will never call them again, I can't even give them 1 star, they all suck. After 30 minutes negotiating end up paying 275.00 for not doing anything, just for showing up, Trust me if I can humiliate them more in acceptable manner I would for sure. please see photo the way roto rooter employee left, even though got paid, GARBAGE, I am sorry for have to mark on a star otherwise will not be post the review, Unwillingly as they don't deserve even a zero.

Sterling from Sound Plumbing did a great job of removing and installing a new Water Heater in a timely fashion.

We received same day service and did not have to go without hot water.

Sterling arrived on time, provided professional service and did an excellent job.
