Best Water Heater Problems in Henderson NV

I needed a quote regarding putting in a soft water line to hook up for my new fridge.
But they young man that came out, was extremely professional and very kind and seemed to be knowledgeable.

A lot better then the other companies we tried to work with

I was very impressed with the ease of setting up service. Alan, the service technician was knowledgeable, kind, friendly and honest.

Plumber walked off the job without making a repair! I had a leak in a pipe near the hot water heater. After he drained the heater he noticed he didn't have all the necessary parts and didn't want to get them. So he stated he didn't want to do the job and left. DON'T EVER CALL THIS COMPANY AS CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T MATTER TO THEM.

I am very pleased with the company 702 PlumbAIR .They came out and worked on my A/C systems at two locations for me . Ranier and Roy are professionals they did a wonderful job and now I am so happy . Thanks again 702 PlumbAIR I will recommend you guys to everyone.

Jeff Hiltner came out to my house and was very professional. I had an issue with lighting the pilot on my water heater. Jeff tried it few times and came to the conclusion that the thermal coupler was bad. He went to his truck to write up a work order but then came back and tried one more time and got it to light . I recommend these guys for sure.

They responded during the middle of a July 4th week and helped resolve our water heater problem.

I happened to call them for an estimate to replace our old water heater after hearing about them from another neighbor here in Townsite (Henderson guys, come on). They offered to come out to do the replacement the next day. Their price was very competitive and my research showed they use a high quality product. The water heater technician were prompt and courteous. After the installation, the tech gave me a rundown on what to do to maintain the water heater and said they would follow up with annual maintenance emails to remind us. I've never had a water heater installer do this before. All-in-all, a great experience.

Innovative Plumbing Pros is the real deal and can fix just about anything. Jose, the owner operator, came to my house on a Friday night at 9:30 to fix a tough burst pipe. He couldn't have been more respectful and honest. Very high quality work.

Bryce fixed a water leak coming from a drain in my house. He was thorough and professional. He also explained everything in great detail. He avoided extra charges that might not be needed at this time. Would highly recommend.

We had a leak issue on July 4th and needed a plumber immediately. When a lot of the plumbing companies were closed on holidays Ideal Services was open. The office staff was very courteous.We were glad that Ideal Services sent Miguel out to help. He arrived promptly and went to the attic to solve the issue right away. He was very professional, friendly, and efficient. He was knowledgeable and solved our issue in a very timely manner.We thank Miguel for working in the attic on such hot summer day. His excellent service was greatly appreciated!
