Most recently I had a water main leak that my home warranty would not cover and the plumber they sent out quoted me $1,500 more than what Doug was able to do for me. I hired 702PlumbAir for 2 different jobs. The first was a tankless water heater. The most recent work was for a small sewer line root impingement repair and also a full sewer line flush. They were on time and dug to find the intrusion, which in my opinion was hardly worth the effort. The guy that gave us the quote ran a scope through a cleanout and showed my wife it was definitely in need of a full cleanout, but not a repair. That is on me, because I didn't view the camera originally. Anyhow, Jaime and Jeraldo were Awesome and today they restored the dig as if it were original, they were great to work with and I would ask for them by name for any future work. We love our tankless heater, it cranks out 140° water all day. I do recommend this company, but you will need to ask a lot of questions about the process and the city inspector. They are proactive as long as you are.

Update August 17, Brian came and installed a kit on the compressor, he is efficient and friendly and expert who answers all our questions.Update: Today. July 29, our service technician was Joseph, and he trouble-shooted a new issue. AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.
