Service Plus Plumbing was recommended to us when we found out we had a leak at the water main. Matt came out at the time that was scheduled and immediately gave a recommendation for repair as well as a fair and honest quote. He scheduled us to get our repair the next day. Matt’s team arrived first thing in the morning and had the hole dug and pipe repaired in no time with minimal disruption in service. Unsatisfied with service. First off they charge you a $99 service charge that if you do do services with them they dont apply it to the bill which is wild but ok. Then they charged us $275 to replace the flusher inside the toilet. High but it is what it is. Then the toilet stopped working an hour after they left. They came back the next day and wanted to charge us $99 again to come back out. Then they told us the toilet was clogged because people are putting toilet paper in it, normal usage amount. The plumber told us that never should toilet paper be flushed in the toilet. When we asked what we should do with it after using it to clean ourselves, he said that used toilet paper should be thrown in the trash and not the toilet. That’s where I drew the line. That’s the wildest thing I’ve heard. In 2023 after using toilet paper we should place it in the trash can? It’s also a commercial space hooked to the city sewer. Not like it’s a septic tank or anything different. Don’t trust them and won’t be calling or referring them. Cherry on top is they charged us another $250 to snake the toilet on the second visit.

Referred by several of our neighbors in Seven Hills that this is the go-to company for any hot water heater repairs, installing, etc. Guess it was our turn to test them out unfortunately but they did not disappoint. Great job guys
