Best Softener System in Henderson NV

Just had Roy out and he did an amazing job. Toilet hasn't worked in a few days and he got it cleared and working fast! Would definitely use again.

I chose this company based off of other people user reviews and they did not disappoint. They were here on time, gave me the estimate, got the parts, and then finished the job in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend them and would definitely use them in the future.

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. Be sure to let them know if you are a senior or veteran.

The service technician, Alan, was a nice guy. Cheerful, polite, considerate, efficient, eager to please and knowledgeable of my heating system.But the office person I spoke with was very rude, inconsiderate, abrupt and not customer friendly. My 4-star rating is based mostly on the customer service of the service technician.

I had a cracked coupling on the main pipe leading into the septic tank, which is a scary thing for me. I was sent a technician to assess the problem and give me an estimate; and another technician to do the actual repair - Sam Cuvin. At first meeting, Sam is friendly and professional. He was masked. I watched Sam work and had questions along the way, and Sam graciously provided answers. He explained what he was doing as he worked which was a great learning for me. I'm very pleased with Sam's knowledge and the service he provided. I'm sure I'll use Sin City Plumbing again.

Helen, Jerry and their son are just quality folks. Helen always takes my call (or gets back quick) and is super responsive. Jerry shows up when he says he will (sometimes he's even early!) and is kind to my pets, kids and respectful of my home and time. We've had a ton of different things worked on and fixed by the Catania family (our home is 25-ish years old). They're professional, quick, and don't charge any more than they need to. I've had them give me a lower quote when they found that my plumbing problem wasn't as big as they'd initially though - that's great service! And they don't ever have to come back, because once they fix it - it stays fixed. I don't need to call anyone else for my plumbing problems. They're the real deal.

Doug and his team we able to inspect a potential leak that we discovered in our condo. They were able to do the initial estimate and repair work on back to back days and the work was done beautifully and quickly! He and his team were all very knowledgeable and helped us understand our options, as well as recommend a plaster repair company for additional work we are considering. I will be happy to recommend them to friends and future clients!

Don’t hire these guys they don’t do what they are paid todo, and refused to fix the issue with out additional costs! They had a chance to make it right, but don’t care about doing there job correctly! Stay away you have been warned!

Called to get an estimate to come out and run a gas line. He told me he’d come out the next day. No called no showed.

Things happen so we didn’t get upset. Called him 2 days in a row and left a VM no response.

Don’t recommend running your business in this matter.
