I had a busted water heater that needed to be replaced, and after talking to a bunch of other companies it seemed like everyone wanted to get the most money out of me. They quoted me on high hourly some quoted me on just the heater not all the piping work and new pan. I was about to do it myself until I was referred to Matt and his team and he was able to give me a break down and was able to work with me on the price. They also came very fast as they said they would. He took about an hour and a half knocking the project out. Great clean work and will use them anytime we have a water issue in my home.

Heavy snowfall lately lead to breakage of the main water supply channel and water drainage channel that was outside the house. Bought a new water heater from them and once he was about finished installing it I saw a nice dent on the side of it. I asked the installer, did it come that way out of the box? He said yes it came that way. No discount was offered and he didn't seem like it was a big deal. I should've said I wanted a different one but I needed hot water.
