My technician Josh was amazingly helpful. He was friendly and helped answer all of my questions. I really felt he enjoyed his job and helping people. I wish more people were like Josh!

I called to explain that I had changed the filters of my reverse osmosis system and that it was leaking, and needed help and they said they would send a person and when he arrived and saw that all replacements were new he cut a hose and tied it again that everything was fine, I charge $ 49 and when I spend half an hour your odo was the same as before, even the hose that according to the arrangement.
When we call them, they say they can only help me if I buy them some pieces for $ 290, when you can buy all the equipment in Home Depot or Lowes for $ 170 menis. I feel cheated by this company.

I am a current student. I have the most amazing teacher. Ty Branaman. He absolutely loves teaching and you can see it in EVERYTHING he does. He also happens to be really good at it. You ask him a question about HVAC and he will provide an immediate answer along with 6 different examples. Then he will also cover all the exceptions and special situations too. He has never shown a power point. He loves visual aides and uses them unceasingly. Ty knows his stuff and only teaches real world examples. This is a 4 month course. I'm going to be done in 2 months and it feels too fast. So much information to absorb. The price is a fraction of what other schools offer. Ty is all about creating quality technicians. They have an awesome lab with fully functioning AC units to practice on, and they all appear new, one of them a really high end unit.

I wanted to add to my earlier review now that I have been working in the HVAC field for a couple weeks now.

NTI said that they would help with job placement... AND THEY DID!

About 1 month before I finished school they gave me a referral to a company that my instructor felt would fit my skill set and disposition well. The instructor actually gets to know the students. This resulted in an immediate hire, but that's not the best part.

The referrals they make are for employers who understand that they are going to be hiring somebody fresh out of school with NO experience (as is the case with me).

The school provided me with almost all of the basic HAND tools needed for the job. They gave us a tool bag probably valued at $800 worth of tools and all of them quality tools that will last.

In the bag there was a:

Manifold gauge set
Digital Multimeter (UEI)
Digital Psychrometer
Wire Strippers (Klein)
Service Wrench

Those are just the pricy items. There were lots of other tools in there.

This school really wants you to succeed. They manifest that in everything they do.
