We had a leak in the pipe outside our house that was spewing water out uncontrollably. We didn't have a cut off just to that area and had to shut off water to the whole house. We contacted Service Plus Plumbing and when Matt came out he was able to quickly diagnose our problem, the PVC pipe had come loose as the two pipes connected. He was able to fix the problem quickly and we haven't had an issue since! Thank you!

From arrival to departure the technician was here 15 minutes. Stated that he was knowledgeable about doing the work but doesn't like doing the work. 😒 I have a feeling that doing this review will take longer then what he did here. Afterwards he told me that it would be cheaper for me to do the work and for me to do it. He quoted me $700-$900 for him to do a warranty swap. I'm very disappointed 😞 I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINNESS.

I would like to start off with how they came on time & how friendly their employees were. TL was our A/C technician and he was fast and efficient and knew the problem quick. He made sure to give me every detail of the problem verbally and on paper. Never seen someone get the job quick like TL ! We will be calling him for any repairs we may need on our AC Unit moving forward. 100% recommend ! You won’t be disappointed.

we had what we thought was a pretty bad leak from our hot water tank but thankfully they were able to just do a simple repair...phew

From my first contact with Kelly to Jacob and his crew, their business name, Superior, says it all. Every one I dealt with was professional, courteous, timely, tidy, and did exactly what and when they proposed. Looking at this front yard, the moment they pulled away, you would never know the huge excavation job that they completed in 115 degree heat to correct the leak in the water main.
