What great service! Came home form vacation to a leaking and dead water heater. One call and James was at the house in less than 2 hours. And less than 2 hours later we had a new water heater and lots of hot water. Fair pricing and great service person. Nice guy and did not leave a mess.

My Wife and I had a water main leak. We contacted Precision Plumbing and was able to have a Plumber Technician arrive within an hour. Tony P. arrived on time, and was very thorough in solving the issue.We had to have a new main line installed. Tony was very professional and communicated with us throughout the project. Had a leak that had been plaguing me for months, on again off again type. Handyman had been troubleshooting it costing $$$ on unnecessary repairs. Started calling plumbing companies, sent one out the door for wanting big bucks for something already tried.
Found Ace Services...came out same day at scheduled time. Actually listened to all that had been tried and found the problem quickly.
It was a difficult repair in a hard to get to place.
Russ worked diligently for hours, never complaining. The final bill was more than fair. I expected to pay much more. Can’t say enough good things about this company. Thank you again and again.

Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???

Was leaving for a flight at 9:00 am and noticed a/c sounding off at midnight. They were able to get someone to my home and fix the problem before my flight!

Beware of this company and their business practices. I had technician Jerimiah at my house to troubleshoot AC. He drained my expensive R22 refrigerent and filled the unit with nitrogen to pressure and leak test.
He refused to continue work and claimed No Access to attic where part of unit was located. He said that there was no support structure for him to walk on. I later had a pro come out to verify that complete support structure was in place to walk on. Pictures of it were taken and sent to A&R chief David. They refused further work on my unit and never returned the unit to the state they found it in to include returning my expensive freon. My pets and I were left for 3 weeks during worst heat wave in Las Vegas with zero help or compassion by A&R. Do NOT fall in the same trap and avoid this unprofessional company like the plague!
