My favorite thing in the world is having emergency plumbing repairs. Especially on the weekend! Thankfully Luis Agaton, from Precision Plumbing, came through like a champ. He was friendly, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He warned me in advance, that he was going to try a minimal replacement fix (a cartridge replacement) that might not work out, leading to a total replacement of the piping in my shower wall. Well, low and behold he was able to fix it with just replacing the cartridge. This saved me $590 and I am back in working order! I love the honesty and forethought, managing my expectations, and not making promises he couldn't keep. Also, his quality of work, and post-work cleanup was perfect. Thanks again Luis!
