Matt, one of theirs technician showed up within half an hour after the phone call. Matt was friendly and very professional. After his inspection, he informed the situation to me and offered me different options with reasonable price. I ended up replacing the heater. Matt did a phenomenal job, professional and efficient. He saved my day! Thank you very much!

We have used other large plumbing companies before and they were not as professional, prompt or reasonably priced as Precision plumbing. Our service man, James, was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and did a great job resolving all of our plumbing problems. James made multiple trips to get parts he needed without complaining or charging us extra and even offered to return items we had mistakenly purchased on his own time. James also called to follow up and make sure that everything was all right. Everyday, our family appreciates the water purification system that James was able to install despite running into unexpected complications. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with his work; he is very careful and NEVER leaves a mess unlike other plumbers. Anytime we have plumbing problems, we all say Call James, now!!. He is the best and most honest plumber you can find in Las Vegas. He is the only one we trust when it comes to plumbing problems! We highly recommend him. Thank you James.

Steven Installed a valve at the main water supply line in Garage. Adavan plumbing has worked on our home twice. In addition to the valve installation they helped with a complete home renovation. Steven’s knowledge, professionalism, and skills were 10 out of 10. I would recommend no other plumbing company!

Mike was great!! Our water heater needed to be replaced due to leakage and age. He explained what was wrong with it, replaced it, and showed us how to maintain it every 6 months. Also extra details on ingiting it back on as well. Great guy and great personalized service. Will definitely recommend and use again.....maybe to attack my old water softener next.

We just moved to Las Vegas four weeks ago. Our home required plumbing updates, and new A/C. Ace Services was highly recommended by several friends. AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.

I don’t know how to start very bad attitude starts from Front Desk and goes on they did some service my location I don’t even know and never send bill or notice I find out from Land Lord they put lien on the property for only $450 service charge anyway we try to make it happen try to pay they so Mean and not take a payment until I see the person serve me paper after 45 days with no notice I need to make appointment for her this is ridiculous never again I will never recommend anybody this people very bad management

Stay away from these clowns, I have American Home Shield who apparently uses them for their warranty work. they are not professionals, and if they ever have a service with them it is better to call them before lunch because after lunchtime they arrive frustrated and impatient to go home without giving you the service you need, leaving you with the problem, what a wasting time.
