I had a water leak within my sidewalk water box in which my home insurance would not cover and the LVVWD said was on my side of the house. Tony P. was quick on arriving and assessing the situation. Tony P. fixed my leak and the price was very reasonable. Hands down a company I would recommend and use again.

I'm clueless when it comes to plumbing and drains in my house. Any drain that does not drain well, makes me uncomfortable. Thankfully I found Trevor who knows all about this stuff and fixed it for me the same day I called. His pricing is fair and seems to really care about the customer. So far no problems! I'll be referring him to my friends and family.

I appreciated being told my 15yr old system is still fine and i need do nothing and the cost is nothing!! How often does that happen? Honest and professional. When i do need a new system I'll be calling Ambient Edge!

I worked in Property Management for 2 years, during that time we used Royal Flush numerous times per month to service our properties. Very nice owner, great customer service from staff, fast to service calls and very affordable pricing. The epitome of being an asset as a vendor to a Property Management company. A+++

No itemized bill. Felt like a bait and switch. Supposed to be a free service and ended up paying 235 . The technician continually made references to how we had “ruined” our heater by not draining often enough. Put the “supposed “ replaced part in his truck and my husband had to ask to see it. Started taking off the part before we gave approval so we were stuck with having him fix the water heater. Very dissatisfied with the service
