My hot water heater suddenly broke and I called Precision Plumbing and they responded instantly. Tyler my technician, was profession and worked diligently to install my new water heater. Before installation, Tyler noticed water damage and mold to the dry wall around the water heater and called WFM Restoration in order to get the issue resolved. I would recommend Precision Plumbing and Tyler for any plumbing needs.

I was so grateful they sent an appropriate crew as soon as they could to diagnose and quickly repair both issues. Rare to find find solid, honest, experienced contractors to do the right thing, the first time around, and at a reasonable cost. I'll be recommending Sin City Plumbing to all my clients!

AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.

Robert was great on at least four previous occasions but my most recent experience was not even palatable. Someone other than Robert showed up to do repairs. All parts for repair that were requested were obtained and provided to the employee. The employee completed job in an hour and tried to bill $500 for one hour labor. Then smirked and claimed it wasn't fair so he would settle for $400. Took payment and refused to provide receipt for work claiming I had to speak with Robert and left the job. Come to find out the repairs were insufficient and job was incomplete requiring more parts that Robert would not supply or repair. Then claimed he referred me an independent contractor. No receipt, horrible work quality, and sent someone obviously not licensed and insured also denied accountability for an employee he sent to do a simple job thinking it was a quick cash grab. Absolutely horrible experience. Finished job myself. $400 for less than an hours work and job not even done. I purchased all parts. Doesn't get any worse. They will not communicate to resolve issue or provide receipts or refund. Like an episode of The Twilight Zone.

It’s no surprise this company only has a 2 star rating. After my interaction with Nancy, I will NEVER do business with this company. They were issued a repair order for my AC through American Home Shield. I had my appointment in place, Monday between 3-7pm. Schedules were arranged to have someone present. I called A&R at 5:18pm to check to see how soon I could expect their technician. I was put on hold. After looking into my account, she stated that there were notes that I called to cancel my appointment because the AC was working. Complete lie! She said her co worker, Mattie, was the one who notated that I called. When I asked to speak with her, she said she was not in. How convenient!
After she realized she wasn’t getting off the hook that easily, she put me on hold once more. She came back to say her coworker got things mixed up and cancelled me by mistake. Come to find out, their technicians are out until 8pm, so its 5:25 at this point, I stated, get the technician back on my ticket, we are still here waiting. She then disclosed that their technicians are so backed up and they’re having a hard time catching up. Could it be that I wasn’t cancelled by mistake!?
Frustrated, I called her out and of course and she decides to hang up on me, instead of providing the best service possible.
Lies on top of lies. I would be aware and cautious of doing business with this company.
I called back extremely upset that she would do that. I asked for her manager and she proceeded to talk about having appointments the following day. Completely ignored me!
I tried again. I expressed my frustration because I waited over the weekend and my aunt who’s 80 and lives with me is having a hard time with the heat.
After listening to her scheduling options, my schedule wouldn’t allow it. Their mistake became my problem, not theirs.
After going back and forth, she stopped the conversation and denied my service.
I called American Home Shield to get another company out but American Home Shield called Nancy to confirm denial of service and she went back to the original lie and stated that I originally called to cancel because my AC was working!
I couldn’t believe it!
I hope you learn from my experience. There’s a lot of other companies out there willing to be honest, fair and gain life long business.
