We had a clogged toilet that wouldn't unclog. It was on a Saturday afternoon and we weren't sure if we were going to have to wait until Monday. Fortunately we looked on the internet and found Precision Plumbing that mentioned being available 24/7. I called and Kylie answered and asked what our problem was and said she would call one of their Plumbing Technician to get in touch with us. She was very thorough. We received a call from Chris and said he was on his way.That was a very fast response. He arrived within 15 minutes. We thought we would have to replace the toilet. Chris said he would check out the problem and he did and found the solution.and fixed the clog. He also went outside to make sure there wasn't a clog there. The water was flowing and everything was fixed.He was very thorough and knowledgeable and had a great personality. He was great.This is a company I will use in the future and recommend them to my family and friends. Very pleased.

Went in for a estimate on kitchen counter tops. And the lady who took care of us was absolutely amazing!!!! Her name is Edie, and she is the most helpful person. So, if you going to the home depot for kitchen counter tops, make sure you ask her for help 👍👍👍

We had an emergency yesterday late where all toilets were not flushing. I had 2 little girls overnight and one was sick. We reached out to Dan as he was recommended for emergency service. He was at my house within an hour and it was late at night. Dan is so personable and really cares. He took care of our problem and is extremely reasonable in price. Highly recommend.

Ian has been performing preventative maintenance on my water heater for several years and is personable, professional and knowledge. Todd has been performing preventative maintain on our HVAC system and has 12 years of experience with Hawthorne and really knows his stuff.

They are straight shooters and don’t try to oversell you on things you don’t need. They always call 1/2 before arriving and leave the place spotless when they are done.

Jimmie at Climate Control Experts was SUPER AMAZING!!! He was knowledgeable, skilled, and EXTREMELY friendly! He took his time explaining everything so that I could understand and make an educated decision on what we really needed and what I could wait and budget for. I never like strangers coming over, but he made me feel very comfortable right off the bat talking about Super Hero's, Statues, and Comic Con! After we talked for a minute I was comfortable and more receptive to learning about my Air Conditioner. I would STRONGLY recommend this company and Jammie to EVERYONE in Vegas!!!

AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.
