Pete came to my home and took pictures of my shower faucet. He said it was German made and would need to research. I never heard from him again. I called 3 times and never got a response to any of my messages. I finally called another company. Such bad customer service. Such a shame, that Pete has such a low work ethic.

We had a unique project at our business and called a multitude of plumbers to come out and quote us; all were overpriced, some even got the details of the quote wrong, 1 took a week to even get back to us and had to be prodded before we could even receive the quote. This is for what I considered a fairly simplistic task; I got so frustrated, I bought the supplies myself, and was getting ready to dust off my sweating pipe skills and just knock it out myself.
Enter Dennis! Immediately, he put me at ease. I explained to him what we needed done and my frustration with the other plumbing companies; he beat their price by a country mile. In fact, once he saw I had already bought the materials, he said he could do it that day! Boom, decision made. He worked around our schedule and came back the same day when it made more sense.
He did a fantastic job, and was very methodical and proactive; he set up what he called his laboratory to make sure everything stayed clean during the process, which we greatly appreciated.

Honest, reliable, totally professional
I received an estimate to detect and fix a foundation leak, for almost $3000. Most fortunately I found the phone number for ACTION PLUMBING. Kevin took much more time to examine and explain the problem and the solution. He quoted me a little more than half the previous estimate. Magical MARIO appeared exactly on time. He explained why and what he was going to do and proceeded with his magic. He came back the next morning to correct something a previous plumber had done. As long as I live in Vegas, ACTION is my plumber.

This water heater repair company did an amazing job! They were quick, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them if you need water heater services and stay down in henderson!

The quality of the work seems top notch and the service technician was very friendly and communicated well throughout the entire process. That all said, the pricing seemed crazy to me. $5K for a new water heater, all external parts, and a pressure regulator, with installation and a 10 year warranty seems nuts but what do I know. Maybe that is reasonable but it seems very high.

The lady in charge (Stacy) is so rude and unaccommodating. She gave us a ridiculously huge time window and expected us to come home early from work to wait for the technician to maybe come at the beginning of that window and was unwilling to shorten it. We have already had to reschedule once because of this issue, and she was just as unfriendly and rude the second time around. We haven't even gotten this issue resolved because she has made the circumstances impossible for us to work our lives around. The rest of the staff may be very accommodating and do great work, but dealing with her is absolutely not worth their business.
