Best Heating System Maintenance in Henderson NV

Miguel came out changed my hot water heater that was leaking and got the new one up to code and he pulled up a wobbly toilet up to discover super corroded toilet mount and changed that out for me so now I got a good toilet and hot water thanks Miguel.

We had technician here to give us a proposal (Anthony M.). He was very knowledgeable about the Trane A/C/Furnace installation with all the specifics.

I wish I could take away the star I needed to write this review. My landlord sent ACE to install a new air conditioner on Monday. I received a call at work and they informed me they realized they didn’t have the part and asked if I would be ok with no ac over night until they could get the part. I told them no I have 4 kids so they offered a portable unit if I allowed them to start the process removing my ac so I agreed. TUESDAY morning my kids call me while I’m working complaining ACE technicians came Back out and removed the portable ac but did not install the new UNIT. It’s now Friday night... and guess what I still have no ac because the technicians came and started the process .. promised they would finish... and as soon as I left to get my kids food (it’s too hot to cook) they left... they left trash all over my floor... there is wires hanging everywhere... and now because my condo has been without air all week the refrigerator is no longer working properly and all food in the freezer is melting. I called the office to complain and again they are telling me it will be done tomorrow.... SAVE YOUR TIME DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I will be reaching out to a lawyer and complaining with any and every state and city officials office I can find.

I definitely recommend this company!!! This is the second time I have used this business. The first time was for air conditioning repair. The second time was for a water pressure problem I was having; which was causing the pipes in the walls to shake. Oscar was my plumber. He explained everything to me and repaired the problem perfectly. I even got a free estimate before he even started!

We are on a yearly maintenance contract which we would highly recommend it's well worth the price very happy with our service and the quality 😀

John P really took his time to explain things, check all that's needed to be checked, even replaced the air filter and gave recommendations that made sense. I can tell a good technician by how they resolve the issue and how they clean up after. John P is one of those, and with a very friendly and professional attitude and good business ethics, this one is a full on 5 stars !

Called to have a faucet shut off valve replaced. They said they needed $49 in advance to have it looked at. Told them already know the valve is bad and just wanted the valve replaced. They said it could be waived after they did the repair. Not exactly the service the commercials suggest. I decided to replace it myself. It is really about $20 dollars in part and 1 hour of my time and of course a trip to home depot. Was willing to get it done by this company, but we never got there due to the 49 dollar service charge.

We had a leak in the pipe outside our house that was spewing water out uncontrollably. We didn't have a cut off just to that area and had to shut off water to the whole house. We contacted Service Plus Plumbing and when Matt came out he was able to quickly diagnose our problem, the PVC pipe had come loose as the two pipes connected. He was able to fix the problem quickly and we haven't had an issue since! Thank you!

Horrible customer service. Technician was unprofessional and tried to charge my tenant the service fee instead of billing the company directly. Once tenant refused to pay, the technician left without giving her an update on the situation. No one from All State Service Group tried to contact our office for this service fee. My tenant has now been without hot water for over a week. I will not be using or recommending this service to my owners ever again as this is the second time I have an issue with this company. It seems all they care about is money. Shameful.

Aaron was very knowledgeable and a nice guy. Repaired my AC on a holiday. I was so appreciative as my house was 91.

Quick and professional, they gave us a very reasonable price and did a great job definitely will be calling again for future problems

TL came to our house to fix the AC. He text me and told me to call him when I got home. I didn’t have to fuss with any long window times. He was professional and courteous. My toddlers were running around the house and he was more than happy to be kind and speak to them. He had my AC running within the hour. Best service I have ever had.

Sound Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing our water softener in excellent time. Mark was very professional and completed our job in a timely manner. The office staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with advice even encouraging me to look into my options before scheduling the total replacement. Highly recommend their service to anyone!
