The dispatcher was also very congenial and was able to get the tech out on the same day I called. COMPLETE SCAM! I had a leaking shower faucet. The plumber came out, turned the faucet on, turned the faucet off, and then said I had to replace all the hardware. He quoted me $1700. Then he said he would give me deal, and proceeded to quote $1500. Needless to say I didn’t take the bait. And then he tried to charge me $50 for a free quote. 30 minutes on YouTube and $40 in parts and I had my faucet working as good as new.

Had them out to look at a reverse osmosis system that was not working and they offered great suggestions and options to take care of the issue. Very reasonable, professional and friendly. Highly recommend them!

I happened to call them for an estimate to replace our old water heater after hearing about them from another neighbor here in Townsite (Henderson guys, come on). They offered to come out to do the replacement the next day. Their price was very competitive and my research showed they use a high quality product. The water heater technician were prompt and courteous. After the installation, the tech gave me a rundown on what to do to maintain the water heater and said they would follow up with annual maintenance emails to remind us. I've never had a water heater installer do this before. All-in-all, a great experience.
