I called 702plumbair to come and diagnose why my ac in my house suddenly stopped blowing cold air. The lady I talked to was super nice and was able to get me an appointment that same day which I was so happy because living in Vegas with no AC is terrible and we needed it fixed right away. Clarence was the technician that arrived at my residence and he was very friendly and he was able to find the problem, get the part from the store and fixed it quickly and efficiently. We quickly discovered the 1 1/2 main water line while having a hole dug for some large palm trees... it was Saturday. A quick run to lowes told us that 1 1/2 inch pex pipe was not a simple fix... not only did lowes not carry the pipe we needed, but the tool to do the fittings was about $2500!!! I called Ferguson pipe supply and they recommended Code Red. I gave them a call, and Jerry came out and was able to fix our busted line, and route it around the hole so that we could still put in our palm tree, within 20-30 minutes of getting the parts. Very happy, and very pleased. He went out of his way to give us extra service, and had a CAN DO attitude. THANKYOU
