Best Gas Furnace in Henderson NV

Year 4 of great customer service... the tech just got done servicing our two units, he was on time, fast and very friendly. One of the best things about this company is the communication, they call to confirm appointments, they call to remind about annual service, and the friendly attitude is always there. Because of these things , I just signed up for their gold service program that will cover our cooling, heating and plumbing for two years. Winter and summer maintenance with coil cleaning, air filters and the service calls are all included... In my book, this is money well spent with the right company.

Ed & Brandon came out because my hot water heater was leaking from the bottom. After a few modifications on my new water heater it was up & working. These guys do excellent work. I would recommend Ace to family & friends.

Climate Control Experts replaced my air conditioning unit and cleaned my ducts today. They were on time and followed all Corvid safety precautions and did an excellent job. Clean up was outstanding and professional. Jerry the Residential Supervisor, Jeffery and Andrew AC unit replacement team and Lee and Andrew the Duct Cleaning team were all OUTSTANDING and treated my house as if it were their own. GREAT JOB AND WELL DONE. Thanks.

From the moment I called I was greeted kindly. I called many other companies prior to this one & everyone seemed bothered by my phone call. It was an emergency phone call last night & no one was available for service last night & Active plumbing was the only who offered me next morning service. Eventhough there was a delay in appointment time, I wasn’t upset bc they were kind about it. Great customer service period! Kyle came out to service our toilet & was very thorough with explanation. He even shared some knowledge with me that has changed my life haha THANKS KYLE! Thanks team!

EDIT: From 5/5 to 3/5Had to call another plumbing company. The water pressure in the building was low. Turned out when the job was finished at Anytime, they left the water shut off valve partially closed. Upset with the extra expense/cost but I suppose it was a simple mistake.Original: Good experience with Mac. On time and knowledgeable. Quick work to repair a leak in our irrigation system. Would hire Mac again, most definitely. Thank you!!

Our tech, Christian was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to walk me through the entire process in a way that I understood what I was paying for and how to maintain proper upkeep. Price was a little high, but it was worth not having to do it myself. Would 100% recommend them to anyone in the valley

We had are six month maintenance on our two Heaters and are AC units, Angelica was are Technician, and was very thorough and clean She was one of the best Techs we ever had, ///today we plumbing service,and the two Techs Tim and Jamie did a great Job, I hope we get them the nest time we need e plumbing checked., Ed Jenner

BEST Air Conditioning and Robert were fantastic! Thank you. On Sunday, July 29, we had an AC unit which was not working properly. I called and spoke to Robert. In less than 90 minutes Robert was at our home and checking out our problem. I cannot thank Robert and BEST enough....Thank you! We are so impressed, we plan to call the office in the morning to talk about their maintenance program. Well done.
