We have been in our home for almost a year and we have a Koi pond we have tried many companies who work with Ponds and nobody has been able to fix this issue all they wanted was my business to clean the Koi pond. We got a few letters from the water company that their was a leak “this was their last letter” we have a huge backyard. John P just completed the inspection of my furnace. I can say without reservation that from start to finish he did a great job. He explained various issues as he did his work and appeared to really know what he was doing. At the conclusion he placed his recommendations in writing and in no way was there any pressure to get certain things done today.

Straight up, best as it gets!! As a new home owner with a bunch of uncertainties around my new home, I found it refreshing to have the staff and technicians actually know what they were doing, while explaining to me what’s going on in my house. I never felt pressure on having to fix something that wasn’t broken and they didn’t give me so outrageous estimate. They made my experience quick and easy, in a time where it could of been a lot more frustrating with someone else. Definitely going back to them each and every time.

Our garbage disposal broke. Luckily Dwayne came and fixed it exactly on time and fast. Usually when you get a window of time they are towards the end of the window but he called at the beginning of the window and was here and finished within an hour. It is so refreshing to have such nice and professional people come fix broken appliances.

Absolutely amazing! Came out when my AC stopped working very happy it wasn’t any too bad fixes it within and hour, then came out the following week to clean it since it was a little dirty. All good n all recommend Max plumbing, Bruce was the best!
