I was charged for a service call. repairman never looked at the unit said to turn off the unit for 4 hrs and it would stop leaking into the house I called back telling them the problem was worse than ever they said they would send someone out and charge another service call I asked for a manager the next day the owner Armondo called he was rude called me names and was very disrespectful said he would return the service fee but never has I'll never use this company again my flooring was ruined and that was avoidable take some pride in your business

We had an emergency yesterday late where all toilets were not flushing. I had 2 little girls overnight and one was sick. We reached out to Dan as he was recommended for emergency service. He was at my house within an hour and it was late at night. Dan is so personable and really cares. He took care of our problem and is extremely reasonable in price. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much to Eric and the Water wise plumbing team. We moved into our home over seventeen years ago, and after a year of moving in, we started having issues with our sewer when it came to our toilets.

Everytime family would come down to visit, without fail, our toilets would clog. We eventually had someone come down and try to determine what the issue was, and we learned that it was a pipe heading towards the street.

We didn't have the funds at the time to resolve the issue long term, so we had to wait. Now that we have the funds, we were directed to Water Wise through American Homeshield, and I'm so thankful they recommended them.

Eric and his team are professional, efficient, friendly, but most of all, affordable. They had estimated that it would take 3-4 days to fix everything, and they were right. It took a total of 4 days, and every night, they would put the pipe back in place so that we could use our bathroom and shower at night.

Eric walked us through what would be done to our pipe, but as he dug further, he found the real culprit, and it was buildup from way before we even moved into our house. Eric explained the situation to us, and got the tools that were needed to finally fix our problem, and even though it would cost us a little extra, it was completely worth it. So, again, thank you so much, Eric and your team.

We are definitely satisfied with your company's work, and we recommend them to anyone who needs help with their sewer. Also, we learned that they are 24/7 on call, so if you ever have issues at night during the weekday, and even the weekends, you can call them for help.

I mistakenly had put the wrong foods down my garbage disposal which caused it to clog. I was able to clear the clog on my own but the dishwasher, in turn, would not drain. I called Hawthorne Plumbing to fix the clogged dishwasher and to repair the leaky faucet that I had tolerated for several months. The technician, Michael, responded and took care of the issues. While fixing the clog, he pointed out that the two shut-off valves for the sink were corroded and the plastic handles had broken off. I am the original owner of my house and seeing as how it is 28 years old, I had Michael look at all the other valves knowing that they were the originals. Indeed, the majority of the valves needed to be replaced and the job was completed in a timely manner. I didn't price shop nor collect other estimates so I have no idea if I paid a fair price for the job or not. All I know is that I could not have done the work myself and I feel comfortable knowing that I should, hopefully, get another 28 years out of my shut-off valves! ha!

Plumber came with additional plumber. Sounded like one was teaching.
