Best Drain Replacement in Henderson NV

What a fiasco. They advertise that there is no additional charges on weekends and that they have 1 hour service in Las Vegas. I called on Saturday and it took 1.5 hours before I heard from them. When they called, it wasn't the plumber. It was the office saying they had a missed call from me. I informed the lady that I have a leak and that I gave 100% of my information to the person I spoke to 1.5 hours prior. After several minutes of searching, she found all my info. Supposedly put a rush on my service since I had been waiting for so long. 7 hours later the plumber showed up. I have a pin hole leak in a copper pipe above ground. First, he tries to scare me by telling me my house was built 70 years ago and all the pipes might be weak. I informed him that the entire house was re-plumbed about 15 years ago and this particular pipe with the leak was part of that job. He had to call his supervisor. Came back with a quote of over $700 because he had to dig down 6 inches to ensure he is connecting to good pipe. This is a 20 minute job max. for a plumber. I told him so and sent him on his way.

Left an early Monday 5AM email about a leaky spigot and Autumn responded within the next couple of hrs.Jose Tesoro came out and expertly diagnosed the problem, came up with a bunch of solutions and even fixed a pre-existing pipe leading directly to the pool. He also answered questions I had about squeaky pipes and a dripping faucet.Great job by Jose!

I forgot to mention Sharon in the office. She was very courteous and responsive to my predicament when I explained that it was 62 degrees in my house downstairs. She assured me that she would send someone out that same day. I thank her for that.

Outstanding Plumbing Service at a Great Price!
On Monday 09/19/2022 12:10 pm Nelson and Freddie from Jack Dish Plumbing came to my house to repair supply line to my toilet with shut off valve and repair tub drain. Both items were quickly repaired and replaced with superior quality parts.
I would highly recommend this Honest, family owned company.

Technician was ;prompt, courteous and professional. Told me everything he was going to do, and even went beyond and tried to remove a plug on the anode rod tube,, but it wouldn't come out. Installers had plugged the hole and not installed an anode rod.
