We have used Elite for plumbing, new water heater, and AC repair and replacement for years. They always have the best prices and have better quality than anyone else we inquire with. Today they replaced an old AC unit that stopped working and the crew was professional, courteous, and maintained a clean work space. I was very impressed and so happy to have great AC!

Excellent service

I had a very urgent water issue when George and Travis went far and beyond to remedy the situation.
I had a brand new hot water tank installed January 6, 2020 (installed by another plumber) but for some reason it failed. I call 702 Plumbers and George came out right away. He ended up replacing the tank as it was under warranty. It was the end of the day and he continued to complete the job so I would hot water that evening. Being new to Nevada and not having a network of professionals to handle problems I was so fortunate to have found 702 Plumber.
Very reasonable rates too.

Jaime Castro just didn't tell us we needed to replace our AC unit. He is trying to see if it can be repaired first. Walked through everything with my husband. Refreshing that he actually cared about giving good service. HIGHLY recommend.

The AC techniciain was very friendly and kind to my dogs very professional and explained everything to me with pictures very pleased with the service.

AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.

This company was contracted our Fidelity home warranty for a minor water leak.... these guys are FRAUDS! They attempted to get us to allow a mandatory asbestos test on a property built in 1992. Which no only is expensive but never covered by the home warranty and these guys know it. I tried to file a complaint with the Nevada contractors board and found this company isn't even licensed.
