Called them after discovering my kitchen drain was stopped up. Initially thought of clearing it myself but called roto rooter first. Customer service for the appointment was great initially told someone would arrive between 1 to 3 pm. They called back after an hour and said a tech was available to respond within the hour. Danny showed up and was very thorough in going over what he was going to do as well as the cost. Danny made sure the line was as clear as he could get it before he left and that I was satisfied with the service. He was also able to answer any questions I had while completing the work. He also gave recommendations as to how to prevent backups going forward. I would recommend Danny for any future plumbing needs that may happen.

Trey was very pleasant and professional. He fixed a leak in the shower and made sure everything was dry under the house. I will call Smiley Plumbing for all my plumbing issues and will recommend this company to all of my friends.

I had water stop completely, I called this man, he told me to check a few things, I followed his steps, step by step, and he keep calling me to check back with me, he could have came out and charged me, but he guided me over the phone, 2 hours after replacing what he told me too, I instantly have water, I am thankful for his help and the money I saved, if I ever have something I can't fix and have to pay, he is getting my business. Never use John’s Plumbing! I had them replace my main water line and sewer line about 15 years ago. About a year after the problems started. Eventually I found out they had put a hole in the top of the sewer pipe when they installed it. After that the copper pipe started developing pin size holes. The cleanout they installed only went to the street and not into the house which would require you to remove a toilet, if your clog was in the house. I just paid another company to replace the entire thing again after finding yet another hole in the sewer pipe! Never Ever use them!

I will like to take time out to give my review about Carolina Blue Plumbing, LLC and to Bill Smith the owner. This was the second time using them to repair a leak to my toilet in both my two bathrooms One last year and one today. We currently have a Warrenty Plan but for both incidents we went outside our network to call Carolina Blue Plumbing. Bill is polite, knowledgeable, honest and fair when it comes to the cost of your repair. He does not take advantage of his customers. He schedules appointments, always on time and he would even work around your availability to have your repair done. I’m giving Carolina Blue Plumbing five stars. Thanks Bill.

Fast and friendly. Woke up to no water. I called them in the morning and my well pump was fixed before the kids got home from school. I also think they were reasonably priced. Especially for the quick service.
