Brandon and Amon did a great job on this project. We had an extremely clogged pipe that was original to the house (1953). After presenting me with an estimate, they replaced a whole section of pipe on the same day. I was very impressed that they were willing to start the work at 4 p.m. even though they knew it would be a four-hour job. I very much appreciate that they took care of it on the spot. Highly recommend!

Danny came out and provided us high quality service. He had clear expertise and explained things in a way that made perfect sense. He allowed me time to think through my decision and in the end he saved us tons of money by being patient and us working to find the root cause of the problem. Needed help with a leaking bathroom faucet. I had tried to do it myself but the sink was really tight and the plastic washer holding the faucet was stuck in place and wouldn't moved. David came out on time and was able to help remove the old faucet and install and new one and also inform me of other things that will cause me issue in the future. I wasn't pressure to fix those issues but rather was inform about it for my knowledge and what my options were which I appreciate. After performing the service, David made sure to clean up after himself and made the area cleaner than before he was there. Great service and am happy but they are a little more pricey than others, but well worth it for the awesome service and professionalism.

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

Never use John’s Plumbing! I had them replace my main water line and sewer line about 15 years ago. About a year after the problems started. Eventually I found out they had put a hole in the top of the sewer pipe when they installed it. After that the copper pipe started developing pin size holes. The cleanout they installed only went to the street and not into the house which would require you to remove a toilet, if your clog was in the house. I just paid another company to replace the entire thing again after finding yet another hole in the sewer pipe! Never Ever use them!

These guys couldn't be more awesome even if they tried! Called them at 8am because my shower diverter stopped working. They scheduled me for 11:30am, but were at my house by 9:30am the same day. They gave me three different options to fix the problem and quotes for each one. They fixed it the same day and I couldn't be more pleased! Great job guys! Highly recommend!

Had a terrible experience with them a few years ago. Finally feeling recovered enough from that experience to share with the world that working with this company was absolutely awful. There are so many fantastic plumbers in the Triad, go hire them and not this company.

We had a clog in our toilet line at our business on a Saturday afternoon 😬. After a quick google search we gave A+ Express Drain a call. To our surprise we were told they would arrive shortly to help with our clog. To our even greater surprise, they arrived VERY quickly and had our clog resolved in no time. What made this experience even better is the price was incredibly reasonable! We could not have been more pleased with our experience and we have added A+ to our speed dial for future plumbing needs

Had to change my review and downgrade. This is the 3rd or 4th visit now, trying to get cool air. Each visit $49 visit fee, still 78 degrees. So frustrating. Everyone is super nice, kind and professional but just not getting to bottom of issue. 2 stars simply because everyone is kind, respectful and professional.
