Best Rooter Service in Greensboro NC

Bob and I have done a lot of updates on our NC home and these two, Chris & Tyler, are definitely the best people we have found to help us. We changed from an electric cooktop and a propane fireplace to natural gas. Tyler & Chris knew exactly what to do; they kept us updated on each step as we went along. The inspector for the gas company told us that the people who did all the work under our house to route the gas did an outstanding job. Wow! That is exactly what you want to hear! Tyler & Chris will soon install new plumbing in the kitchen and later will work on our baths. It is so nice to be in a relationship with professionals such as Chris & Tyler.

A plumber named Buddy came to check inside my home for possible leaking or running water and the were no running toilets in my home at all. I left him to check the guest bathroom on the first floor for 5 minutes and all of a sudden the toilet was running so loudly I could hear it in the other room. Instead of locating the issue as to why my meter is running at quadruple the normal usage, he was lazy and tried to make it as though it was due to my toilet running and it was not running prior to him arriving. He didn't even come in with any tools other than a small flashlight. The check of the rest of the home was superficial and nothing I could not and did not already do. He was there about 10 minutes total and didn't even offer to correct the tiny issue he had obviously caused. I would never recommend this company to anyone and in fact have launched a complaint with the BBB.

Branden L and Zach did the work and were very knowledgeable, careful and respectful of our home. It was a pleasure having them as workers here. We have hot water again! That makes us happy. Thanks again!

Called them after discovering my kitchen drain was stopped up. Initially thought of clearing it myself but called roto rooter first. Customer service for the appointment was great initially told someone would arrive between 1 to 3 pm. They called back after an hour and said a tech was available to respond within the hour. Danny showed up and was very thorough in going over what he was going to do as well as the cost. Danny made sure the line was as clear as he could get it before he left and that I was satisfied with the service. He was also able to answer any questions I had while completing the work. He also gave recommendations as to how to prevent backups going forward. I would recommend Danny for any future plumbing needs that may happen.

Hall Well & Plumbing has great service and employees I have called them more time than I would have like to but that the problems you run into when you're a homeowner and have well water always something. I would definitely recommend them for any well & plumbing problems.
