Aaron did two bathroom remodels for us and I couldn't be more pleased. It's refreshing to find someone who does what they say they're going to do and not have issues and problems to get resolved. Now I wish I could just find an electrician as reliable as Edwards Plumbing is.

Not recommended to look for what’s causing your ac’s problem. I called ars since they were the ones who installed the system at my house to check what’s causing my house vents blowing warm air and my thermostat having a hard time reaching my house set temperature, the ars’ contractor told me it lacks of freon. He loaded 1lb of freon but that didn’t fix it and says that he needs to look further on what causing it, which will cost more and more if he was able to fix it. I didn’t agree for him to do it since it cost too much. Before he leaves, I paid him $170+ for the service and putting 1lb of freon. He gave me his estimate of $1,000 to $4,000+ to look and fix the problem, he even recommended to just change the system instead of fixing it (which I didn’t bite because the system was only 7 years old). After he leaves, I called a different company for a second opinion and the next day this contractor from another company were able to tell me the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. Saved me thousand bucks and only paid them less than $180.

Ray from Masters Plumbing did a Plumbing Inspection and found a number of issues that I decided to fixed by Master Plumbers. Ray would do them the same day. In addition Brandon from Master Plumbers came to work on the repairs. Ray and Brandon worked quickly making the repairs and explaining the actions they were taking. Ray had to leave almost half through the repair to go to another call. Brandon finished up. He took his time to make sure all the repairs were done correctly and everything was working correctly. He answered the questions we had

The team of Guy, Stephen, Spencer, Jonathan, Aaron, (also the electricians whom names I don't know) replaced/installed an HVAC system for me. They were very efficient and worked together well leaving site clean and in order. The team members were very professional, knowledgeable, attentive to detail and communicated status as needed. I would certainly recommend these folks for a system install!

Emil and Brooks were pleasant to have in our home. They worked well together and did a fine job on our shower fixture and outside faucet. All Plumbing should be happy to have these two gentlemen on their team.

I had a water leak in my laundry room. Andrew came out and gave me an estimate. It was installed the next day. Great job! Reasonable price. Also replaced toilet and faucet in my mother's house. Again, very professional and great job. Will call on them again for all plumbing needs

This is an e-mail for warren and pepe.I have had no water for 2 whole days and it really sucked.those 2 guys did a fantastic job.i was really worried about having a whole cut in my house.But they had to do it to get at my pipes to fix the job.they fixed my water problem and even put a cover in my wall to cover up the hole.luckily it was behind my washer so u cant see it at all.great job guys.if I have any other problems i will call u guys 1st.you both did a great job.I even gave them a million dollar tip for a job well done.ask warren he will tell you.lol.thanks again guys on a job well done..............

Our Hot Water Heater was leaking badly. We called a couple places for quotes. They were well over $3500 and couldn’t install it until next week. We called Edward & Mills (bc we use them for our church plumbing needs) and they came the next day! Phil was able to give me a good estimate over the phone after we sent a picture. We were happy to send a pic bc it meant they could come immediately with the correct parts. Jim and Dusty replaced our Water Heater, cleaned up the area (which they didn’t have to do). They also repaired a spigot and cleaned our dryer vent. Super nice guys. Explained what they were doing and why. Installed top of the line American Made equipment. AND they were well over $1500 less than the other quotes we received.

TL:DR strung along for 24 hours before canceling with them in an emergent situation.

I had an emergent situation and was told at 12pm that someone would be out at 7pm, then 7-9pm, then someone would call me back but didn't, then they couldn't come out at all that night but first thing in the morning, then finally later afternoon. I canceled the appointment and found someone else to do the work. They knew all along that it was an emergent situation. I would be fine with it if they had just been honest instead of stringing me along. Later I find out that they likely were overselling what they could do to test air quality anyway. Capitalism at it's finest.

This company is joke and lies! I do not recommend them at all! They lied about being at my house and then when I called them they said they had the wrong address.. I watched the technician drive into my yard then kept going! Real grand of your company! What a joke!
