Michael drained water heater on 1 yr anniversary. He explains to customer what he's doing; he is competent, accommodating, and goes the extra mile. How much do I like their service: I'll have them back next yr to drain water heater again.4aug21: signed up for the BB yearly pgm...worth the $! Michael....what can I say...fast, efficient, knowledgeable. And he's a service technician with a personalilty.Turned to BB again...to check sewer line. No issue...was just being proactive. Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.
