It's refreshing to know that there are still professionals out there who are not looking to take advantage of customers- I would absolutely refer and recommend Roger for any plumbing needs.

I called Champion Plumbing for a second opinion after I got a $12,000 quote from another unethical plumbing company. while I still needed a significant repair it is a fraction of the cost of the other company and a lot less destruction of my personal property. He made sure he explained everything so I understood the problem and suggested repair. Glad I got the second opinion.

You should not mislead a potential customer that there is no service charge when, in fact, there is but it is called by another name. Also on my initial call I explained the problem which would have indicated the need for the gaskets between the toilet bowl and the tank and the service man did not have gaskets and would have gone out to buy one - by now it is 5:30 p.m. I declined the service because of the exorbitant quote I got and they were going to charge for the call but they ended up waiving it.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

I needed to have a utility sink and faucet installed in my garage, so I called The Plumber Guy. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. I received a text in advance of the technician, Roman, arriving with his picture as a reminder. It took him 3 hours to complete but it wasn't a cut and dry installation. He was very careful and meticulous with his approach. He was very personable and professional. It was a very positive experience.Thanks for a job well done!
