I have used 100% plumbing on 2 or 3 occasions over the years and highly recommend them! They are reliable, customer service is great, honest, and usually can come out the same day.

We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. Found I had a leaking water heater, so I called Bradley plumbing. They worked me into their schedule, and arrive slightly before the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem and went and got a new water heater. Had it installed within an hour.

Brad was amazing! Polite, professional, careful, caring and compassionate! Explained everything and I feel went above and beyond! I hired Plumbing Masters for a 2nd opinion on a sewer line issue and they camered my lines. Unfortunately I couldn't secure financing but once I do this company and Brad will definitely be doing the work! I've unfortunately had a lot of plumbing issues with this house, and I've hired different companies. This company and Brad hands down beat them all on clarity, comfort and pricing. Wow.

I was impressed with this plumbing company's commitment to cleanliness. After the repair, they left my house cleaner than when they arrived. Fair pricing and qualified plumbers round out the offering.

Called Christian Brothers to diagnose a problem with our showers. The plumber was polite and we were willing to go ahead and proceed with them completing the job. The tech said he would be back the next day (Saturday) to pull the part and make the repair. We were then called that day and rescheduled due to them not being able to get the part. We were told to call first thing Monday morning and set something up. We did and were scheduled for Tuesday 3-5p. At 4:50p, we received a phone call from one of their sales reps asking if we were going to go ahead and proceed with the work. It was explained that we were expecting them that day to complete the work. We were then rescheduled to Thurs night. Thurs night, the plumber came and pulled the part and said he would call first thing Friday morning to arrange the repair. I waited all day and never heard, when we contacted them in the afternoon and when the plumber finally called us back he said that they had to order the part and he would be in touch on Monday. Monday comes around and we again have to initiate contact to find out what is going on and get no answers. At this point, we asked the dispatcher to have our part returned to us so that we can pursue a company who will actually complete the repair. Our estimate was around $1000, a little pricey but we were willing to pay to get the work done so that both of our showers would be in working order. Now, I think we will be lucky to even get our part back.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

I called Rapid Fire yesterday as water was gushing out of an outside pipe. Tom instructed me to turn off my main water supply. He stated was in Phoenix finishing a job and would be to Mayer in 2 hours. He was a man of his word. I sent him pictures of the problem prior to his arrival. When he arrived, he was professional, prepared, and repaired the problems quickly. I would recommend Rapid Fire to anyone needing plumbing fixes quickly and efficiently.

Didn't opt to get gas line run to kitchen

The technician (Dan) had to make a couple trips to my mom's place (not his fault) to deal with an older unit. Each time, he couldn't have been nicer. He was able to repair the unit and get my mom's heating unit going again. Cannot say enough nice things about him and the company. They will treat you fair and get you squared away.

Tim was very professional and good to work with. Would recommend 100% plumbing to anyone. Also told me the cost up front.

The service was excellent from start to finish. Our tech Cisco was able to communicate and educate us on the service he was providing. He took his time and answered all questions we had. We have been in Arizona for a year and this is the best company hands down that we have been in contact with regarding our new home. Keep up the excellent work, Cisco deserves recognition for his professionalism and service.
