Best Water Service Replacement/Repair in Glendale AZ

They were very professional, caring, understanding, and honest. They set me up with everything I needed and did not try to sell me on unnecessary stuff just to make extra bussiness like some companies do. I felt very respected and David our contractor made sure he explained all my options and help me select the perfect water heater and package I needed for my house size. He also made sure I got my veteran discount. From the dispatch person who notified me before sending the contractors, to the other office lady who checked in with me and made sure I was happy with my service, to the 2 contractors that completed the installation of my water heater, I felt very satisfied with their customer service. We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

They were good when they came out, but then never sent me a bid, and aren't returning my calls to proceed.

Brandon the service technician was quite knowledgeable and provided useful advice around a couple of projects we discussed. However, he missed noticing a huge outdoor gas fire feature that I was unaware of, the presence of which completely changes our scope of the project, and I had to pay someone else $175 to point it out to me. We have several upcoming projects for Brandon and, if those are expertly handled, this review will easily become 5 stars.

Bradley plumbing is a great service for any plumbing issues you need to have resolved. We used Bradley services before n he and staff will try to address your issue prior to coming out to your residence if possible to save you time and expense.
