I am very picky customer but Tom has exceptional working ethic.He is licensed, very professional and reliable.He is very responsive via chat, call or text messages. He is on time and follow through with what he said. He is reasonable in what he asks for the job. He also clean throughly after he is done with the job. There is very good reason he has so many positive reviews. He is one of those professionals that you can recommend to your family friends and business partners.

I used Home Advisor and received a prompt call (within approximately 45 minutes) from Cheyenne to confirm the plumbing problem I had (shower wouldn't shut off). Next cam a call from Craig telling me that Rickey would be on site to repair my shower within the next 1to 11/2 hours.Rickey arrived and identified the problem within a few minutes. The repair required a new part (the handle), Rickey located the part in Phoenix and reviewed the additional cost involved for locating the part and going across town to pick it up. He said, he world be back within approximately 1 hour and he was.The final repair only took a few minutes. Rickey checked my water system including my hot water tank and recirculation pump to make sure everything was working properly. Rickey made sure I operated the shower and was satisfied with the repair.I would recommend Bumble Bee Plumbing Arizona to anyone. I needed some General Plumbing Repair, my faucet in the restroom was leaking lots of water. I google plumbing repair on the phone and called the top 3, left voicemails. Peoria Plumbing Pros called me back right away and they sent someone over within an hour. The Plumber that came by my house was very courteous and professional. He fixed my faucet fairly quick and the price was reasonable too. Highly Recommended, I would use them again.

Replaced under warranty an AO Smith water heater that was only 3 years old.Working with Brewer and Ben Franklin Plumbing on the warranty claim and setting up an appointment, which was a same day appointment was surprisingly painless! Amazing for that to happen these days!The tech, Preston, was an amazing representative for Ben Franklin Plumbing! He was very personable and likable, helpful answering my many questions, very courteous and a very good plumber!
