This is the third time that I've used this company. Levi came out this latest time and made a simple fix on our toilet. He was very professional yet down to earth. After he finished he explained and educated me about how the Membership plan works. He was not pushy about it though and I appreciate that. They even have a monthly plan that will provide you a free water heater flush as well as discounts on your services. I highly recommend Plumbing Masters if you have a home with plumbing needs. Edited for recent service on 02/01/23:Chose to call for service on my water heater at about 9 pm last night and they dispatched someone immediately this morning. Only went without hot water for about 24 hours. Service tech was knowledgeable, courteous, clean, and worked fast. Chris was very thorough and asked if I needed anything else looked at and he ended up fixing 2 or three more things in the house. Pricing was affordable and mostly painless.10/10 will call again.(Previous service review)I’m glad I chose Bumblebee Plumbing. The customer service was great from every aspect, the dispatcher and the plumber (Richard) were both very pleasant. I called to make the appointment and was able to get one based on my schedule, they sent an email confirming that my plumber was on his way and included a picture of him. That was very thoughtful and made me feel like my safety is a priority to them. The plumber showed up masked and with protective booties on his shoes. He fixed my leaky toilet, showed and explained what he did, and gave me quotes that I asked for. I’m very pleased with the service I received. Thank you.

Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.

Orlando came out in the middle of the night on a Saturday all the way across the valley to fix my leaking pipe! He was amazing and I couldn't have called a more amazing plumber. People exceeded my expectations, installing a new gas line for my kitchen

Recently had a very negative experience with this company. Purchased an RO system from Home Depot and this was the sub they sent for the install. A few weeks after install we noticed it was leaking. Turns out it was installed improperly. Decided to return the system, Home Depot assured us they would let delta mechanical know to we would call to have them come retrieve the system and we would be refunded for the install and the product. When we called delta they were unprofessional, rude and uncooperative. They advised they would charge $100 to come and get the unit even though the reason we needed it removed was because of their FAULTY work! Had to deal with Home Depot and they agreed it was not acceptable or in their contract to charge to correct faulty work. Home Depot is having a different more competent contractor remove it at no charge. STAY AWAY from delta mechanical, they are crooks!!
