Best Water Line Replacement in Glendale AZ

Had an urgent matter with a cracked and leaking pipe that caused us to have to shut the water off to the inside of the house. Bumble Bee Plumbing was referred to us by our neighbor so we called them. They kept us informed of if and when they would be able to come out that day to fix it. They sent a tech, David, out within 1.5 hours of our initial call to them. He was professional and explained what needed to be done and any hiccups that could arise from this and all costs. The price was fair and he was able to, quickly and thoroughly, fix the issue. I would highly recommend Bumble Bee Plumbing and will definitely use them in the future.

Came out same day. Fixed issue. Offered free home inspection. Still waiting on call back to discuss inspection.

We had a leaking fire sprinkler head in our house. Called in the morning, Gabriel the technician called ahead and showed up on time by 1:00. He was professional and thoroughly inspected our system. Replaced the leaking sprinkler head on the spot without any mess or trying to up-sell. Will definitely call again if we have any problems.

Roger was very helpful, I called him with a leak in the front yard and he spent time on the phone walking me through how to shut off the affected pipe until he could get out to look at it. He was able to get me on the schedule a few days later and did a great job with the repairs.

From quality to aesthetics to cleanliness, Vicente went above and beyond. Him and his crew came in to fix a cracked sewer line and some old messy copper lines that went to my water heater. They knew I was worried about my floor but they fixed everything with extremely minimal damage and maximum cleanliness. Complete dust control which I was very worried about due to my allergies. My messy copper lines are now tightly fitted to my wall and look very nice compared to the chaos I had to look at before. Plumbing Masters were business-like and scheduled a technician to come out the next day for a free estimate. Once there, and after discussing the issue, the technician was able to start on the repair immediately. No need to schedule for another day, which was a plus. (Another company couldn't even come out for an estimate for three days.) Prior to his arrival, the company texted a photo of the technician who would be coming. The technician, Brad Smith, called 45 minutes before arrival, and was knowledgeable and respectful. He was able to diagnose and make the repair immediately, and even called another contractor to come and give his (free) evaluation of the part of the job that was non-plumbing. This second contractor arrived while Brad was still there.We were happy with the timeliness and professionalism of Plumbing Masters, plus they gave a two-year warranty on the work.
