It is not in my DNA to write thank you notes or Plumbing repair reviews via Facebook(Internet Social Media) on house calls when called upon to do so. However, when I do write a thank you review it's gotta be something that is unique with a glaring point of difference and needs to be shared with others.  Called Bumble Bee Plumbing & talked to Bumble Bee Plumbing office where I laid out my issues of a leaking water slab, no hot water, H2O pump problems, leaking and faulty garbage disposal, outside inside leaking faucets, in essence the entire water connected demand for water when needed was a total disaster and virtually on life support, after 30 long years of loyalty. Mike Krpata(owner) listens to your concerns and takes a genuine and professional interest in all endeavors of his unselfish discipline to help all his customers at Bumble Bee Plumbing Service. Give Mike a plumbing problem, or any other water related issue, and he will lay out and walk you thru the solution of the problem in a calm like and professional manner that makes you and your immediate water problem crises a stress free experience. Here's where Mike(owner)shines the most: The guy's a genius.  His technical skills will leave you aghast and pleasantly pleased to have him on your property doing what he knows best: Walking away from any job knowing his work is as perfect as it gets and his customer is 100% satisfied. I might ad that Mike hand picks the best possible team to do the job best suited to his customer's needs. To watch Mike and associate work in the field is a sheer joy to watch, too. 100%+ Professionalism. Mike and associate both compliment each other when they work side by side. Absolutely fantastic service, and on Thanksgiving Day! Steve answered the phone on Thanksgiving morning about a mysterious water leak at my mom's house. He was friendly and professional, and he helped us decide to wait to have a service call after the holiday to avoid extra cost. He was extremely patient and spent time on the phone with me getting all the information needed to make that decision. He then got an appointment booked for the very next morning at non-holiday rates. Thanks so much Steve!

Jim did an amazing job! We knew we had a leak in a hot water line under the house. It didn't take him long to identify the leak and offer an estimate. While it wasn't cheap, he offered a solution which didn't require tearing up the floor. He came back and knocked out the work in less time than he thought. He left the house clean and ready for sale. Great job and I would absolutely recommend them.
