About 5 years ago Chad installed a whole house filtration system on our house. He was very professional & explained everything in detail to our satisfaction. About 6 months ago we remodeled the bathrooms in our house. After about a month we noticed a dark residue on some of our “ polished nickel “ hardware. We talked to the plumbing supple company who provided our fixtures & they stated they were sure the problem was our water and asked us to bring in a sample to test. When they got the the results they told us that our sample was the cleanest sample they had ever tested. It just shows the quality of the product & installation of the unit. I recommend Poseidon to everyone I know.

I would not suggest going with this company. I hired them for a simple sink install in the kitchen, and was quoted 4 hours by Lawrence.

The first day (Saturday), they were two hours late, stayed for two hours and left. The second day (Sunday), 4 hours late, and had to come back later and didn't leave until 9pm. The third day I took a half day at work to make the 2pm appointment time. Showed up at 8, didn't get the job done until 1 am. I don't know how many times I called when they were running an hour late only to hear we'll be there in an hour, and then hours pass without a call back.

I liked Lawrence, he was personable and apologetic, and did adequate work. However, the unprofessionalism of the owner (when I called, and keeping his employee from the job, and tardiness), makes me give them a 1 star. I wasted 14 hours, had to miss work, and didn't have a kitchen sink or water for days because of this. If Lawrence hadn't volunteered to stay late to finish the job I would miss more work and see be without my kitchen.

Stay away from this company.

I had the plumber guys come out and install 2 new shower valves and a new tub. First of all they installed the tub wrong even after I had my tile guy tell them exactly where to put it. Joe the plumber said to him I've been doing this for years I know what I'm doing and still puts it in wrong. Then after they leave and I finish having the showers tiled I noticed that the hot water line on the heater is closed so I and turn it on and water is spraying behind the wall. They never turned on hot water line to check for leaks and are now trying to say it's my tile guys fault for cutting the line even after it was already demoed before they did the work.

As always Forrest Anderson was prompt and did a great job. Ryan was on time and a very professional job installing my new water heater. I use Forrest Anderson for all of my plumbing and air conditioning needs.

Desert water plumbing has been awesome to work with. I bought a new house that needed some upgrades and they were quick and responsive! Thank you!!
