Brandon the service technician was quite knowledgeable and provided useful advice around a couple of projects we discussed. However, he missed noticing a huge outdoor gas fire feature that I was unaware of, the presence of which completely changes our scope of the project, and I had to pay someone else $175 to point it out to me. We have several upcoming projects for Brandon and, if those are expertly handled, this review will easily become 5 stars.

Mason and Anthony did a fine job so far as we can tell. Hopefully we're good to go with fix and upkeep instructions.

Gabe responded quickly to my request to have a 240V outlet installed in my garage for charging my electric car. He was a very personable guy and was more than happy to offer advice and suggestions to my project to improve upon it. He was very fast, professional and accommodating. They replaced our water heater which had just gone out of warranty. I've never known of a water heater failing in less than 10 years but ours did. The new one is the same brand. Hopefully that wasn't a mistake. We'll see... The repair guy was very polite, professional, quick and the installation looks and operates great.

Found a major water leak under our manufactured home, called Courtesy Manufactured home plumbing. Spoke with Jerry and afterwards decided to have the 35 year old galvanized pipe replaced in the entire home. The job was completed in a neat and professional manner in one day. The price was very good and Jerry stands behind his work, he returned to replace on small fitting that was not seating. I recommend Courtesy to all manufacted home owners for price and quality. I have referred Nicholas and brad with desert water to several of my pool service customers when they need help with plumbing, gas lines or water softeners. Every time they have shown up quickly and gotten the job done with my customer saying nothing but good things. If you need anything from new water softeners to new gas lines ran across you properly, or even little stuff like back flow valves replaced these guys really know their stuff!! Highly recommend
