Mike was absolutely great! He was punctual, professional and friendly. Personable is always so appreciated when you're dealing with something so horrible and Mike made it slightly less frustrating to be worried about. He LISTENED to what we were experiencing rather than just ignoring our lack of expertise and assuming what the issue was. He really wanted to find the real problem. Trust me, I've had companies only half listen and misdiagnose my issue leaving me with MORE issues. I would absolutely recommend them. The customer service center was great too. They were sympathetic and quick to help. I'm so grateful I found them.

This is a true gem of a company. We (read my husband) attempted a minor plumbing fix this past Saturday morning. Since you're reading this review, suffice it to say things didn't go so great. We called 100% Plumbing and had McKinley at our door about an hour later. He diagnosed our problem, presented us with our options, and patiently answered our questions. We will not hesitate to call upon 100% again for both our planned and unplanned plumbing needs.

Bad customer service Tom quoted 59$ to look at it then when we agreed he said it won’t be til 36 hours. Then mentioned it was an emergency he said no availability then hung up. Wish you could of helped

Company did a test I wasn't notified at the time that was going to cost me over $2000.00. nothing was done to my house, but the so-called test and fan that was left in my home for 2 days , I'm sure I had to pay for that too. Feels like I've been scammed.

Roger with Armstrong Plumbing was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He showed up on time to fix a leak I had in the Master Bathroom toilet, which he charged a very reasonable rate for. As he was leaving I mentioned an issue I had with my kitchen faucet, which he took the time to quickly fix for free, having already been paid for the toilet. I would recommend Armstrong Plumbing to friends and family in the area, and I will using their services again.

Setting up here ,getting ready to open my new shop. And what do you know the plumbing is in disrepair. So I call on Sun City Action Plumbers to check out the problem. They tell me everything that needs to be done now and what could wait for a while. Very honest and I appreciate that as a business owner myself.
