The morning of our appointment they called to tell me the specific time. David provided excellent service. He arrived promptly, assessed our situation quickly, was honest about the options and his assessment and provided options to choose from with their prices associated. He fixed everything in a timely manner and left everything cleaned up afterwards. He was a pleasure to talk with during his visit and we would highly recommend him.

Sav-on Plumbing did a great job at our house. We had some issues with a garbage disposal, installing a dishwasher, and looking at options for a new water heater. Jesse arrived on time on three separate occasions to take care of the work. (We had to buy the dishwasher and, when we saw we needed a new water heater, we asked Jesse to sell us one and he delivered/installed it the next day. Jesse was professional, nice, courteous, and, importantly, liked our dog, Meg. Jesse explained all the work he would do, completed the jobs quickly, and answered all our questions. Found I had a leaking water heater, so I called Bradley plumbing. They worked me into their schedule, and arrive slightly before the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem and went and got a new water heater. Had it installed within an hour.

You should not mislead a potential customer that there is no service charge when, in fact, there is but it is called by another name. Also on my initial call I explained the problem which would have indicated the need for the gaskets between the toilet bowl and the tank and the service man did not have gaskets and would have gone out to buy one - by now it is 5:30 p.m. I declined the service because of the exorbitant quote I got and they were going to charge for the call but they ended up waiving it.

I was trying to figure out which business to use for my water heater repair, but this one was the best by far! They were able to make the repair in 30 minutes and charged a fair price.
