What a pleasure to use AZ Family Plumbing! As a first time home owner I have had to deal with quite a few mediocre company's, but AZ Family Plumbing couldn't be further away on that spectrum! Jason was on time, super friendly, explained the repairs, and went above and beyond checking my back flow valve for my water system! Installed a mixer in a shower. Had a bathtub that was making noise in pipes when hot water turned on, repiped small portion and installed new faucets replacing cheap builders quality originals.

LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

From quality to aesthetics to cleanliness, Vicente went above and beyond. Him and his crew came in to fix a cracked sewer line and some old messy copper lines that went to my water heater. They knew I was worried about my floor but they fixed everything with extremely minimal damage and maximum cleanliness. Complete dust control which I was very worried about due to my allergies. My messy copper lines are now tightly fitted to my wall and look very nice compared to the chaos I had to look at before. Vicente and his crew go above and beyond to bring the best quality and service. 10 thumbs up from me and my entire family:)

Update: the office manager saw the review that I wrote below she refunded the bill to a fair price to me and my wife,
I'm very happy about this I felt I was extremely overcharged, if ever I have a plumbing problem I would like to talk to Ms. Nancy and try this company again...

(Save on plumbing not at all, $283 bucks just to change the upstairs shower on and off faucet. I will never go with a small company again they charge too much, oh the good part I didn't have to pay the service call which was $49 bucks...)
