We are thankful to have found a trustworthy plumber in Bumble Bee Plumbing. Dan, our serviceman was professional, clean, and quickly helped us find a solution to the leak from our bathroom sink.

These guys are great! First used them for work and decided to use them for my home too. Setting up an appointment is easy and fast and Janet is professional and easygoing. Janet also took the time to gather as much information on your issue as possible to make the appointment as easy as possible. I will says it seems my house is cursed for plumbers, every time they come out something happens. First visit, while repairing the sewer line one of the guys knocked his noggin on equipment. The second time, to repair the toilet that broke and the dang thing would not cooperate, poor Damon had to fight with it to get it off the floor (it stuck to the flooring) and out of the house. And today while replacing the water heater, the old heater attacked Damon and cut up his hand, but that didn’t stop him from replacing it, NO! He kept going and did a great job! And after that he said he would still come back if I called when I joked that they wouldn’t take my calls anymore.

Highly recommend this company! Raul was professional, communicative, competent and very personable. I will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Roger was awesome! He was on time, quick and efficient, and very friendly. My mother in law was the recipient of a new water heater that had been installed in a newly built home where the homeowners decided to go tankless. So he had decided to donate the water heater and installation to someone in need of a new one for free. He stood by what he said and he even replaced the gas line and the supply valves on top of it all. The highest of recommendations for this man. He is as advertised! 5+ stars!

We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. We highly recommend AZ Family Plumbing Co and Thank you again Jason for all the amazing work!!

David came and unclogged our drain for a more than reasonable price. Asked him about changing out a coupling at the water meter and found the city is responsible after the city claimed it was our duty. I will be keeping champions number in my phone for future needs!!!

FYI to customers, if the city tells you it's your side get a second opinion we almost spent $500 we didn't need to

One of our kitchen sink drains sprung a leak and Cody, with Plumbing Masters, was out to our house within a couple hours of us calling. He fixed up the issue, cleaned up the grime that comes with basically anything plumbing-work related, showed us multiple times how everything is working fine now, and gave us a few tips for the future. Super-friendly guy and just good service. Really appreciate it and I’ve been spreading the Plumbing Masters name to my co-workers. I’ve been happy each time they’ve had to come out to my house.

I came to visit my grandmother over the weekend only to learn her plumbing had been out for weeks! For an elderly woman in hospice that is untenable!! Austin came out Monday morning before my family had to head back home. He assessed the situation literally top to bottom! Once he had a diagnosis and a game plan, he kept me looped in and got everything taken care of! Grandma is thrilled, i get to be the favorite grandson, and Austin did all the work! I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

I am so glad we chose to go with Bumble Bee Plumbing! Upon calling, I spoke to a nice lady who listened to our situation, took my info, scheduled an appointment and emailed directly after. The morning of our appointment they called to tell me the specific time. David provided excellent service. He arrived promptly, assessed our situation quickly, was honest about the options and his assessment and provided options to choose from with their prices associated. He fixed everything in a timely manner and left everything cleaned up afterwards. He was a pleasure to talk with during his visit and we would highly recommend him.
