We had water coming up through the concrete on our pool deck. We were ready to tear into concrete when I talked to Terry one evening about the problem. He talked us into letting him come up and take a look before we did anything. He and Fisher came up the next day and started checking the entire system. About half way through their process, Terry suspected the problem could be isolated and solving the problem would not require tearing up concrete. Further checking proved him right.
