Had Sav-On come back to replace all the frozen turnoff valves after they did such a great job on the urgent faucet repair. I’m helping my mom with some of the things that have been neglected over time, and Sav-On has been very helpful to us in that process.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Rapid fire plumbing is the best. I called and Tom was here the next morning bright and early. He was here most of the day because there was more to the job than first thought. He was very professional and patient and plus he cleaned up when he was done. I would recommend this company to anyone and they are very reasonable.

I feel like a huge a$$. I called 100% plumbing because we thought we had a possible sewage leak in our pipes. I had completely forgotten I pulled a whole chicken out the other day from our freezer and stupidly left it on top instead of trashing it when I realized it had gone bad. While Mike was talking with my wife, I came home from the store, opened our garage and like a ton of bricks, the smell from the chicken hit me!!! While Mike was here though, he gave us tips on how to keep our pipes clean and functional and help protect them better from any possible leaks or odors in the future.
