Our gas water heater decided to stop working I called bumblebee in the morning and they had somebody out here that afternoon and got everything fixed. They were already booked up for the day but they wanted to make sure that our issue was taken care and we had hot water again. We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! I called Alex and he was here quicker then his estimated arrival time. He sized up the situation with my toilet plumbing problem. Alex and his partner descaled my cast iron pipes and did a hydro jet clean out. Everything works good. Professional and a straight shooter.

I woke up to an issue with one of my toilets, leaking and not flushing properly. I called Bumble Bee first thing in the morning when they opened. A very friendly voice answered my call and told me that the schedule was pretty full but they would try to work me in and I would hear from dispatch within 30 to 60 minutes. I heard from dispatch and they said that they could have somebody out there that afternoon. Shortly after that I heard from them again and they told me that they had 2 techs assigned and they would be at my house in 45 minutes to 60 minutes. They arrived at my house at 11:15 AM. They were very professional, they wore booties, they wore facemasks. They explained everything to me on multiple occasions showed me pictures. They paid attention to the finest details. And they cleaned up everything extremely well. I actually had them do several other things while they were there which were potential problems that I was concerned about. I would absolutely use them again and in fact I have another job scheduled with them next week. Please give them a try if you are in need of a professional, on time, knowledgeable, communicative plumbing company!

Found a major water leak under our manufactured home, called Courtesy Manufactured home plumbing. Spoke with Jerry and afterwards decided to have the 35 year old galvanized pipe replaced in the entire home. The job was completed in a neat and professional manner in one day. The price was very good and Jerry stands behind his work, he returned to replace on small fitting that was not seating. I recommend Courtesy to all manufacted home owners for price and quality. LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

Orlando not only got us working the same day but for 3k less then the plumber that showed that morning quoted he was honest and everyone one on his team were professional and communicative we thought we were going to go a few more days without water and he gave and kept his word to have us going the next day.
