When Bradley showed up at the house his uniform was nice and crisp and his appearance clean cut. He looked very professional. He wanted to know exactly what i wanted done instead of just jumping in and assessing the the job himself without my input. He kept the work area clean and was very respectful with the plants and flowers around the area. After job completion I followed up on his work and the soldered joints were very neat. Bradley was very courteous throughout the experience. I would recommend Bradley every time for future plumbing problems. WOW! This is one of the best companies that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Tom was on time and is great at explaining what my issues were that day. I was out of Hot water for two days before I found Tom's company and that day he came out and was able to have the job completed within 2 hours!! This is a truly amazing company. I also loved that he cleaned up any mess that was made not leaving it to me. It's almost as if he wasn't here! Except I have a brand new water heater.

Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.

A Benjamin Franklin service person installed a brand new water heater at our home and left. The installation seemed well done in appearance but we did not get any hot water. Called their service line expecting a quick response from a company that offers 24/7 service and supposedly stands behind their service. What I got was an appointment between 12-4 tomorrow with a statement that I would be charged a $69 service fee. Concerned with this response a follow up call to their main phone line was made and I was told that actually there were no 12-4 appointments free and it would actually be 4-7 tomorrow. I decided to look into the issue myself and found that the brand new mixing valve installed with the water heater was grossly out of adjustment. I fixed the problem myself in 5 minutes and we now have hot water. I expected much better service from this highly respected company and a better response to s complaints of a poor initial installation. Very disappointed with Benjamin Franklin plumbing.

Just had Sveto from Delta Mechanical come by and install my new GE Water Softener. He did an awesome job and I highly recommend delta mechanical for anyone.
