We recently used Robins Plumbing and were very happy with the work and follow-up. The company was responsive, on-time, clean and with fair pricing. Some services seem even lower priced based on a random google. They were friendly, explained everything as they went along and followed up to ensure everything continued to work great. Within two hours, on a blazing hot SUNDAY, the boss himself ( TOM THORNTON ) effected repairs to a leaking water heater connection to a swamp cooler service line. Happily paid the initial $ 59.00 inspection fee. Granted, additional parts and labor was extra ( very reasonable ), the potential overnight damage and cost waiting for someone else was avoided. Old school value !

They are a trustworthy company who genuinely look like they love what they do! The team sent by them completely transformed the interiors of our Summer Springs home. This says a lot about their passion for the industry and their client’s wants.

Prompt and professional service and Roger is very knowledgeable. Our hot water heater died the night before and we were looking for someone that could come out the same day. We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. Champion sent Andrew to look at a plumbing issue for us. He found a large problem -- pipe under ground had broken. He had his supervisor come over to check it out as well. Jason and Andrew showed me, via their pipe camera, that the pipe had indeed failed. My house is 60 years old , so repairs were not a complete surprise...but never easy to hear.
Andrew had to dig, dig, dig! He worked diligently to fix the problem.
Andrew did an excellent job of accessing the situation, thinking of the game plan, and implementing it with success.

I used Save-on plumbing to repair an outside water line leak. They were very professional from the time I called them until the job was finished. They set a time and called before arriving. They analyzed the problem and gave me a price. The job took a little longer than they expected but they kept their estimated cost. As a veteran, I was surprised to get a 10% discount when the job was finished.

Had Brad replace my water heater, install a new kitchen faucet and rework my kitchen sink drain. On time, great work and a super nice guy !!! Would not hesitate to use him in the future !!! Thanks Brad for a super job - we are very pleased !!!!!!

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

They are very dependable, pleasant to work with and I will use them again when needed.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.
